Abstract :
Proposes a non-destructive inspection method based on a frequency analysis using an ultrasonic sensor in succession to our previous method developed in the time domain. Our new method analyses an autocorrelation function of the frequency spectrum and enables not only the detection of the cracks but also an accurate measurement of their positions comparatively easily compared to the previous one.
