  • Abstract
    This paper presents a new method to realize integrated inductance. After a presentation of the different types of integrated inductances, an evaluation of its quality factor Q is conducted. Specially, its frequency dependence is analyzed. Then, the technological realization process flow is described. The first experimental results of inductance and resistance frequency dependence are compared with the theoretical evaluations.
