  • Abstract
    Power amplifier design requires careful attention. In accordance with this principle, this paper presents a new alternative synthesis method. For the first time, the real-frequency technique, coupled with a large-signal S-parameters approach, has been successfully applied to the design of S-band multi-stage power amplifier.
