Abstract :
A new clock and data recovery OEIC where 43-Gbit/s data is regenerated with the recovered 43-GHz clock by the HPT optical injection-locked oscillator achieves error-free operation for 231-1 PRBS with extremely low power consumption of 0.79 W.
