  • Abstract
    A package-integrated, compact, low-cost, athermal wavelength locker uses a novel etalon material to reduce environmental temperature sensitivity >40x compared to commercially available materials. This enabling technology promotes small form-factor, low power consumption, multichannel laser sources.
