Abstract
Exact radiation conditions are developed that allows proper and efficient truncation of the computational domain in finite-difference methods used for solving open vector problems of the theory of nonsinusoidal waves. The initial boundary-value problems describe transient states of the electromagnetic fields generated by current and momentary source in the part of the R/sup 3/-space containing compact metal-dielectric inhomogeneities.
