  • Abstract
    The research results in the conditions of the XeJ (B) and J2 (B) molecules formation in the stationary electric-discharge plasma of low density are presented. The glow discharge in Xe/J2 mixture was lit by the cylindrical tube of discharge from quartz which passed not less than 70% with the intensity UV of radiation on λ = 200 nm. Radiation of plasma was analyzed with the help of monochromator MDR-2 and photo multiplier FEU-106. Measurement of total capacity UV of radiation was carried out by method described elsewhere. At the given measurements, the UFS-5 optical filter which allowed to define only capacity UV of radiation in the λ ≤ 400 nm spectral range was used.
