Abstract :
A compact quasi-cw laser diode (QCW-LD) pumped Nd:YAG MOPA system is developed to obtain single frequency pulses with high energy and high average power. The laser operates in single frequency and single transverse mode with the energy and the repetition rate of 22 ms/pulse and 400 Hz, respectively.
