Abstract
The multi-output switching power supplies are demand of making to compact, lightweight, highly efficiency and low EMI noise. To apply of the forward converter as the multi-output power supply is difficult to making to miniaturize because the large size transformer and the smoothing reactor are necessary. We developed the current resonance type converter using the magnetic amplifier control for the multi-output switching power supply. The proposed converter can control the each output voltage control using only the magnetic amplifier. Moreover, the conversion efficiency is also high efficiency with 90.2% at the 51% load. In addition, it is achieved the compact size that volume can be decreased by 14% compared with the forward converter.
