Abstract
This paper investigates the problem of asymptotic stability for a class of neutral systems with mixed time-varying delay arguments. Based on the Lyapunov second method, a new delay-dependent sufficient stability criterion in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) is derived to guarantee the stability of the systems.
