  • Abstract
    The Jury table is used to construct orthonormal rational functions. Applications of these orthonormal functions in the computation of H;2 norm, the computation of the Hankel singular values and Schmidt pairs, the solutions to the Hankel norm approximation and the Nehari problem are given.
