Abstract :
Conditions for stabilization are given for linear and nonlinear systems controlled over a communication network. The network introduces an unknown delay and state dependent interference effects. Explicit formulas for the gains are given. In addition we introduce a notion of polynomial observability, relevant in the problem, for a delay system.
