Abstract :
In this paper, an optimally weighted matrix pencil and matrix enhancement method is developed for 2D harmonic retrieval. The method is analyzed and explicit expressions for estimation variances are derived. This method can outperform the original matrix pencil and matrix enhancement algorithm in some situations.
