  • Abstract
A new read out circuit for FET based gas sensors has been designed. It enables an operation with reduced temperature and humidity drift and allows to measure an array of sensors with different sensitive layers on a common gate. Several sensors can be operated simultaneously in order to eliminate cross sensitivity and to detect more gases with one device at the same time.
