Abstract
In this paper, we describe a novel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor with a waveguide and dual LED. The advantage of the system is to easily change in respect of refractive index of the waveguide and wavelength of the LED. Also, it is suitable for the immobilization of an antibody and adsorption of molecules, since the waveguide is the plane structure. High sensitivity was realized by designing the combination of two monochromatic light sources for considering refractive index range of the measuring samples.
