  • Abstract
    This paper shows a developing direction of designing of very high frequency modulators, in which one the control implements the laser. The requirements to radiooptical materials conversing modulation of a ultramicrowaves are determined. The principles of usage of interplay of optical radiation with matter are reviewed.
