Abstract
This paper proposes a security scheme for routing attacks in a wireless ad hoc network environment. This model is based on a fuzzy feedback controller and allows the ad hoc network user to select the required security level. This model integrates the existing security techniques in providing adaptive security for routing attacks in ad hoc network. The goal of the proposed scheme is to provide a security framework that will detect automatically routing attacks and then take appropriate measures to deal with the routing attack. We have simulated the proposed scheme and conducted experiments for selected routing attacks.
