Abstract
Uniformly excited arrays result in high side lobe level and hence they are not popular. However they have an advantage of low cost with reference to number of sources required. The systems where the EMI problems are to be addressed, it is essential to design antenna systems along with their excitation distribution which reduce side lobe heights. For this purpose some distributions are proposed in this work and their over all characteristics are consolidated.
