  • Abstract
    A laser-based alignment system has been developed for the J-PARC linac. The total length of the linac is about 280 m, and the alignment goal is ±50μm transversely. In this paper, the outline of the alignment system is presented together with the feasibility test results with a 50 m test beam line.
