Abstract
This work describes a real-time measurement system for facial information. The developed system can measure the facial information such as head motion, gaze direction, blinks and lip motions. The system utilizes a standard notebook PC and a stereo camera pair, and consequently we achieved a non-contact, robust, accurate, real-time, portable and inexpensive measurement system. Various applications to human modeling and human interfaces are also presented to show the feasibility of the system.
