Abstract
Methods for reliability data sampling and results of reliability index evaluation for 110-kV- and 380-kV- cables and overhead lines as well as for 380/110-kV- transformers are presented. The sources of outage data consist of network status protocols delivered by the operation monitoring system, of maintenance reports and of information from relevant literature. To extract the outage data from the status protocols a filter program was designed, which produces a chronological list of outage times with the discrimination between, forced outages and outages of other type. Information from literature is included into statistical data by a Bayesian procedure.
