  • Abstract
    This work describes the results of researches, carried out in All-Russian Electrotechnical Institute (VEI) by the "low-voltage impulse method" (LVI), with the purpose of diagnostics winding deformation due to short circuits. Description of a new approach and different examples of LVI method application in service are presented.
