  • Abstract
    In reality the "soft" state regulation of liberalized electric power industry expansion gives birth to a two-level hierarchical problem of electric power company expansion planning. In the paper the problem is solved on the base of a hierarchical multicriteria game model for the case of generation expansion planning.
