Abstract :
A fruitful project on research and dissemination in PV field has been realized in Vietnam by solarlab HCMC. The adaptive research activity has created various different new PV applications as DC CES lamp, true sine inverter, solar cultural boat, solar ambulance etc which have attracted big attention of people and key persons of Vietnam. The role of solar electricity in rural development has been asserted through various interesting dissemination. The project has successfully attracted 23,500 USD from local budget and has developed in 5 provinces. The project has been funded by Sida Sweden and coordinated by AIT.
