  • Abstract
    The coupling of spherical dielectric microresonators to light guiding flexible capillary tubing is investigated using fluorescent microparticles as well as clear particles and excitation by a tunable laser diode. Potential applications of such configurations as microsensors or frequency filters are discussed.
