  • Abstract
The progresses of network technology such as the Internet enabled various musical media possibilities. An example is the method by which one can listen to the music played by different performers playing at separate distant places, their music digitally transmitted to one another and other specific places. One disadvantage of such technology is that there is a time lag between the performers, causing music quality deterioration. Reduction of the influence of time lag is researched in this paper. A new network ensemble system, which is able to set the time lag between two distant performers, was constructed. A human-machine-human communication system is suggested to improve the network communication system.
