Abstract
The non-fragile guaranteed cost control (GCC) problem is studied for a class of uncertain time-delay singular systems via memoryless state feedback controllers. The system is assumed to have time-varying parameter uncertainties in the matrices of state, delayed state, input, delayed input and the control gain. New sufficient conditions for the existence of guaranteed cost controllers are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMI) and a design procedure for the guaranteed cost controllers is presented. An example is given to illustrate the proposed results.
