Abstract :
The most crucial decision to be made in a property development is to decide the pricing structure for the flats to be sold on the market. We developed an artificial neural network model, which can be used to estimate the appropriate price level for a new property by learning from historical data on the correlations between various factors that influence the prices of properties and the actual selling prices. In particular, a fuzzy neural network model will be developed to compare its accuracy with a standard artificial neural network model.
