  • Abstract
    Germanium sulphide glass has been deposited on CaF/sub 2/ and Schott N-PSK58 glass substrates directly by chemical vapour deposition (CVD). The CVD process has shown the high potential for germanium sulphide glass planar waveguides fabrication.
