Abstract :
This paper focuses on discussing a novel power control algorithm based on SIR with multiplicative stochastic noise, the presented iterative power is updated by the estimation of SIR. It does not require the exact knowledge of the channels. The algorithm can deal with the case where the estimation of SIR with multiplicative stochastic noise. The convergence of the algorithm is proved in the sense of mean-squared.
