Abstract
Using the well-known Lebesgue number lemma in topology, this paper presents a generic necessary and sufficient condition on system performance of general dynamics with uncertain parameter distributed in intervals. The proposed result abstracts and generalizes the existing results in literature. Our approach can be applied for dealing with various performance analyses and more complex plants with interval parameters.
