  • Abstract
The paper describes development and application of a spiking neuron model. The neuron model mimics the observed behavior of neurons in that the firing frequency is proportional to the input signal. The network of such spiking neurons is used for processing of received echolocation data to map out an area in a 2D space in real-time.
