  • Abstract
    The method of developing training models (TM) for telecommunication operators is studied. The operator training process (OTP) in the field of telecommunications is a specific process. Using well-known educational models (EMs), it is not possible to take into consideration separately the contribution of teachers (subjects) and learners (objects) to assimilating professional activity and technical, programme, didactic and other means of labour in OTP efficiency. A method is proposed to develop a new class of EM with penetration to the structure of the educational process. Structural EMs, compared to traditional ones, give more information for working out practical recommendations of training improvement.
