  • Abstract
Electronic warfare systems usually cannot recognize the different radar devices of the same type or class. The process of radar signals recognition using interpulse analysis is based on the measurement of each single pulse. The following parameters of a pulse are defined as primary ones: TOA-time of arrival, PW-pulse width, A-amplitude, RF-radio-frequency (carrier frequency), FMOPfrequency modulation on pulse. As a result of measurement, for each pulse specific description, so called pulse descriptor word (PDW), containing primary parameters is created. There is not enough to find the unintentional modulations in the signal and show the signatures of emitter. Nowadays, the Specific Emitter Identification seems to be the one of the most dificult tasks in the radar signal processing. There is provide an overview of the new methods of measurement emitter signal features parameters in the microscale of time. Some aspects of radar signal features extraction, selection and classification are shown in this paper. Basic theory of problem is described and experimental results are presented.
