Abstract :
As information technology becomes increasingly pervasive, the digital divide between those who are familiar with the new technologies and those who are not is a growing social concern. As a solution to this problem, the concept of a novel "everyday language computing system" has already been proposed (Iwazume, M., et al., 2001). This is based on the revolutionary idea of people being able to access computer networks using the same ordinary language that we use in our everyday lives, a capability that would enable anyone, even the technologically inept, to use computers with the same easy familiarity that we use ordinary household appliances. In this paper we would demonstrate how this system could be flexibly adapted to various applications, propose an information communications model for operating/running such a computer system, and propose a scheme for operating/running computer software.
