Abstract
While organizations constantly change their structure, roles, responsibilities and activities of humans within organizations change, requiring changes in human knowledge. The difficulty of humans to perform consistently, and the difficulty to understand and react to organizational changes efficiently and effectively, are major issues for the effectiveness of organizations and for the effective participation of humans in organization activities. The paper proposes an agent-mediated knowledge management system that supports people to participate in organized groups effectively, organizing their activities with the activities of other group members.
