  • Abstract
    Basic Law for Establishing a Recycling-based Society was enforced in 2000. In our country, (1) "Mass production, mass consumption and mass waste" It avoids from the type economic society. (2) It promotes the efficient use and the recycling of material until it results in the circulation, the consumption and the abandonment from the production. (3) The restraint of the consumption of the natural resources. (4) The forming of the society where few loads to the environment occur, These movements become lively. This social background was based on us and we did the research for the 2 years (2002-2003) about the theme of the mark. There are three purposes in this research. (1) Development of the sustainable social economy in Yura area (Sumoto City), (2) Rerecognizing concerning by the sea and the human being, and (3) Creating the new industry. Then, specifically, we reviewed about following themes: (a) The establishment of the production technique of feed for the cultured fish which the fishery waste. (b) The upbringing experiment. (c) The business profitability evaluation. (d) The drafting of business plan. As a result of the reviewing, the following became in the clarifying. (4) The fish store (8.3 kg/day), the guest house (4.6 kg/day), the fish market (33.3 kg/day), the dragnet fishing supplier (10 kg/day) are disposed of. (5) When collecting completely from the area, unused resource of fishery in 275 t/year (39 million yen considerably with the simple moist change) can be collected. (6) By manufacturing the circulation feed which used all of these, there is technical subject of the long-range save and so on but it can consume in the area. At present continuously, it is proceeding with the continuous reviewing about the coming to practical use, technical development and business scheme
