Abstract
Simulation of ocean echo is necessary and important to calibrate HF-GWR in laboratory. Based on the principle of radar detection and Doppler theory, ocean echo comprises distance information and oceanic current information is simulated. Then the closed-loop experiment and calibration in laboratory is given
