Abstract
Ports located in cold regions accompanied with snow are influenced by freezing occurred in winter, drift ice inflowing to ports, gale, snow coverage and freeze. These phenomena cause problems such as decrease of logistics efficiency. However, disturbance against port logistics and countermeasures for those problems have not been clarified. The study is conducted to clarify these issues.
