Abstract :
Based on the innovation theory and synergetics created by Haken, by investigation of 17 years of Zhongxing Tongxun, a top Chinese firm, innovation and development, the article studied of firm´s innovation synergy and its dynamic process by system dynamic modeling from theoretical and positive views. As for firm, innovation can be seen as a system and its synergy can be defined as technology or institution innovation as an order parameter or both are order parameters shaped in the process of technology and institution co-innovation, to dominate the development of firm´s innovation. Thus three synergic patterns can be defined as followings: technology innovation dominating mode (TIDM), institution innovation dominating mode (IIDM) and technology and institution innovation co-dominating mode (TIIDM). And the system dynamic model is brought forward based on synergetics to show the dynamic trace from TIDM to UDM till TIIDM in different phases of business cycle, which also supported by our case study.
