Abstract
This study evaluated and compared the diagnostic ability of near-infrared (NIR) autofluorescence spectroscopy, NIR Raman spectroscopy, and the superimposed Raman and NIR autofluorescence spectroscopy for in vivo detection of malignant tumors using a murine model.
