Abstract
The theory of oblique plane wave scattering by an array of stripemetalized dielectric posts is investigated using a combination of an extended iterative scattering procedure and the orthogonal expansion method. Oblique illumination by the plane wave with both E Hz components is described and the far scattered field patterns are presented for different confiprations of obstacles.
