Abstract
We propose a new coding/decoding scheme based on the IEEE 802.11a OFDM-based standard using space time block coding. The main idea behind this scheme is to raise the diversity order by adding transmission samples in the time domain at the transmission end and to use a maximum likelihood decoder to enhance performance efficiency.
