On the influence of layers conductivity on scattering coefficient in semiconductor laser

Abstract :
The system of equations for generation frequencies and the scattering coefficient were derived when specific conductivities of all layers are not equal to zero. These equations were used for simulation of the very large scattering coefficient with particular parameters of semiconductor laser.
