Abstract
The experimental results of the implementation of methods of wave-guide-dielectric resonator (in frequency range 3- 18 GHz) and cylindrical cavity resonator (at fixed frequency 9.365 GHz) for the measurement of relative dielectric permittivity and dielectric losses in polyethylene, fluorplast-4, optical quartz glass KV are presented
