Abstract
Triangulation technique for melt level measurement during the crystal growing is analysed. The features of level measurement of rotating melt are considered. The general procedure of light beam trajectory calculation is proposed that takes into account the arbitrary beam orientation and its reflection from the melt surface. Estimates of metrological characteristics of triangulation sensor depending on spatial orientation of the laser probing beams are given.
