  • Abstract
    In this paper, we present the physical aspect of the VCI/SPIN wrappers´ design. The challenge was both the validation of the wrappers´ specification and the use of the Alliance CAD tools for the whole realization. The first part of this paper deals with the description of the Alliance CAD tools, the design methodology and the wrapper´s architectures. In the paper, finally, placing, routing, and timing constraints, given by a previous study on the SPIN router, are exposed.
