Abstract
To improve the separated speech quality, linear prediction filter (LPF) has been used, but there is no explanation why to be able to guarantee source separation by BSS algorithms after linear prediction filtering. In this paper the theoretical analysis about this issue is presented, and the concept of the LPF application is illustrated. The experimental results demonstrate their correctness.
