Abstract
Healthcare services are pre-dominantly targeted towards creating and designing new research initiatives in the hospital domain. We create a new paradigm shift in facilitating affordable easy-to-use healthcare services to all using the existing digital home infrastructure. We implement an embedded healthcare system with multimedia and intelligent multi-modal architecture that uses the telephone/microphone/other configured input device based on user need that is connected to the HomeServer2 to initiate a multimedia communication to the hospital network using the session initiation protocol (SIP). This HomeServer with intelligent healthcare stack can be interconnected to both dumb and intelligent healthcare measurement devices to facilitate ubiquitous and pervasive e-healthcare services to the common man. The paper presents a research analysis to facilitate efficient public disaster recovery and management using the intelligent healthcare stack incorporated to the HomeServer connected to every home, public health office or public management organizations
