  • Abstract
    The purpose of this paper is to establish a new constructive procedure for realization of 2D systems by Fornasini-Marchesini second (F-MII) local state-space model which can further reduce the order of the resultant realization to about half of that obtained by the procedure given recently by the authors. Nontrivial illustrative examples are given.
